Method Statement
For
Power Analyzer Replacement
1) Confirm that the faulty power analyzer
2) An opening of the corresponding Panel
3) Write down the cable marker for power analyzer and terminal
4) Unplug all of the corresponding control fuses
5) Check the cable marker of the current transformer
6) Verify the terminal of the current transformer for faulty power analyzer
7) Prove dead
8) Using the jumper cable to close loop the current transformer at the terminal side
9) Release the control cable for terminal
10) Release the mounting of power analyzer
11) Replace the power analyzer
12) Tightening up the mounting of power analyzer
13) Termination of the control cable
14) Verify all termination is right
15) Remove the jumper cable
16) Plug in the corresponding control fuse
17) Confirm with BMS team that the reading is normal
18) Repeat item 1 to 17 for another faulty power analyzer
19) Resume and check all panel back to normal
